Eligible Transactions
JV co-investment opportunities are offered to pre-qualified wholesale investors across Foundation's deal flow in trade finance, development lending, commodities and private equity. Opportunities are presented with full investment documentation including financial projections, risk analysis and exit strategy.
Investor Qualification
All co-investors must meet the Australian wholesale client threshold or equivalent international standard. Foundation conducts investor suitability assessment prior to presenting any co-investment opportunity, ensuring that the risk profile, liquidity requirements and investment horizon are appropriate for each principal.
